MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Please take into account that made-to-order products are not in stock and depending on the product complexity and current waitlist may require up to 30-60 days for production. A production time estimate of every made-to-order product is provided in the description text on the product page. Once the product is finished, standard delivery is 2-3 working days. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your made-to-order product is ready for delivery.

RETURNS

All bespoke products as well as made-to-order products from the collection that have been personalized with a monogram or handcrafted to your unique specifications (e.g. a specific color combination of leather and lining/thread/edge paint, a custom belt size) or customized in another way requested by you (e.g. embossed with a personal logo, added extra pockets, extra-long strap, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Regular, non-personalized products from the collection can be returned or exchanged within 14 days upon delivery.
